Independent board and CXO advisory

The duty did not change.

Foreseeable risk, mitigation and proof are still owed. The systems producing outcomes now speak a different language from the room that answers for them. TacitTurn translates, from architecture and operations up to the room, and back down.

Request a first conversation One advisor. An independent read. Your decision.
01 · When to call

When AI makes a decision you are accountable for, will you be comfortable?

Before a large AI commitment is signed.

An outside read on what you are about to answer for, while it can still change.

After an incident.

An independent read of what happened and who decided, before it reaches the board, or after.

When the board wants to test what it's hearing.

An independent interpretation of what management presents, in the room's language. The call stays yours.

Or when you want an outside read.

A proposal, a plan, a pitch. Nothing at stake but an honest read.

02 · Two ways to work

Start with one read. Keep one if the decisions keep coming.

THE ASSESSMENT
Start here if one decision needs a read now.

A discovery meeting, then an assessment. You receive a written instrument your board keeps, cites and judges with. The sponsor sees it first.

The fee is paid up front, in whole or in part. The assessment stands alone. It is complete and priced as if nothing follows it, so declining what comes next costs you nothing.

THE STANDING READ
Hold one if the decisions keep coming.

For boards, CEOs and CFOs who would rather have the read in place before the moment arrives.

Independent advisory on an annual retainer. A flat fee per period, never tied to what the read finds. Each quarter closes with a written brief for the board. Either party may exit at any quarter.

Board or ExCo (executive leadership team) attendance by arrangement.

03 · Independence, stated plainly

You keep the decision. TacitTurn helps you see whether there is a way forward, and where.

A board can test what it hears only against someone who doesn't need the answer.

TacitTurn doesn't build what it recommends.

For the same reason your auditor doesn't keep your books.

Fees are flat.

Never tied to what the read finds, so nothing after it needs protecting.

The sponsor reads first.

You decide how to land the findings. Never whether they are true.

TacitTurn warrants that the instrument is honest. You own the call it informs.

Where TacitTurn has a conflict, it says so and steps aside.

What you share stays yours. Nothing is attributed, quoted or reused without your say.

04 · How it starts
1

A conversation.

You describe the decision. Al says whether an outside read helps.

2

A scoped letter.

What is read, what you supply, the instrument you receive, the fee, and what would change the scope.

3

The instrument.

Delivered to the sponsor first, in the room's language.
